I work directly with onboarding and compliance teams, reviewing internal procedures to ensure they're followed correctly and applied consistently across operational workflows. My focus is identifying procedural gaps and supporting teams to maintain high standards of execution in day-to-day operations.
Real-Time Error Detection & Support
I monitor processes as they happen, spotting inconsistencies and providing immediate support to resolve issues before they escalate. This hands-on approach helps teams maintain quality under pressure while reducing rework and operational delays.
Root-Cause Analysis & Process Improvement
When errors repeat, I dig into the underlying causes—whether procedural, timing-related, or system-based—and work with teams to implement practical fixes. My goal is turning quality findings into clear, actionable improvements that prevent future issues.
Compliance Audit Readiness
I ensure documentation and process execution meet audit requirements by catching timing gaps, validity issues, and handoff problems before they create compliance failures. This systematic approach strengthens overall process reliability.
Team Training & Operations Setup
I design and deliver targeted training sessions for analysts and new joiners to build procedural fluency and judgment skills. I also successfully opened a new office location single-handedly, scaling operations from 0 to 20 team members while establishing compliant workflows from day one.
